WARRANTY
All Nanni products are covered by a guarantee for defective compliance, pursuant to DL 24/02.

Any product sold by Nanni to a "CONSUMER" buyer (ie those who purchase products for non-professional purposes) is assisted by a legal warranty on consumer goods that covers defects of conformity that occur within 24 months of the date of delivery of the good.
The legal warranty right is NOT valid for businesses or for freelance professionals who purchase the goods on invoice, for which the 12-month Business Guarantee is valid.
WHAT IS WARRANTY?
Is the guarantee on the sale of consumer goods as provided by the Community Directive 1999/44 / EC, also called a "guarantee of conformity", which protects the purchaser in case the purchased products have defects of conformity with the sales contract (" Commercial Warranty "for companies).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
